What a fantastic and action-packed term it’s been! From an exciting football treat to lots of Easter fun and joyful Eid celebrations, there’s been something for everyone to enjoy. Our students have also made us incredibly proud, representing the academy brilliantly in events like the Spelling Bee and the Trust Poetry Competition.

Attendance at Princeville

Get ready to turn showing up into something exciting! This term, we’re launching our Attendance Streaks challenge—designed to reward students for coming to school every day and building great habits.

Come to school every day and get a reward!

⭐ 15 days – Chocolate treat
⭐ 30 days – Mehendi or tattoo
⭐ 45 days – Baking activity
⭐ 60 days – Gaming Bus trip

Eid Celebrations

We came together as a school community to celebrate Eid with parties and an afternoon full of festive fun. The children enjoyed a variety of themed activities and treats, creating a wonderful atmosphere of joy and togetherness.

After School Club

Our After School Club will be starting after the holidays, run by Miss Davies and Miss Day. It is open to children of all ages.

Children will enjoy a range of fun activities and food will be provided.

Year 4

Year 4 have enjoyed a half-term in DT by practising the running stitch and over stitch, showing great perseverance through the fiddly and challenging process. These new skills allowed the children to succeed together as they mastered the fundamentals of sewing.

Reception

This half-term, Reception explored "Little Red Riding Hood" through hands-on activities like building wolf traps and role-playing in Grandma’s house. The children also practised colour mixing at the easel and used hand-drawn story maps to inspire their mark-making.

Stars Outside of School

Let us know if your child has recently done something they are proud of outside of school. It could be swimming their first 25m, winning a trophy in gymnastics or being nominated for player of the match. Anything your child is proud of achieving.
